Responsible for controller, coordinating, planning, and leading the activities of the section. Ascertains that the operational reports, operations-related advisories, and processing of DHL related transactions are in accordance with the set standards (KPI). Responsible for monitoring the status of data related to W Express domestic and DHL international shipments to achieve its accuracy and availability in the system.
Responsible for purchasing all company wide requirements, materials and equipments and assisting in canvassing of requisitioned items and other services at the least possible time and cost, maintaining the requires and brand items. Responsible for monitoring and labeling assets such as furniture and fixtures, office equipment and computer hardware.
Responsible for daily sorting of house waybill/s (HWB) per account checking and editing of data in the system and reviewing of generated billings before release to client.
Responsible for all in house sales activities in the branch or drop center.
Responsible for selling and promoting WWW Express services; maintaining existing accounts and developing new accounts for the company. Conducts regular sales calls and attend to clients needs.
Responsible in dealing with airline operations and mostly doing field work.
Responsible for attending to all incoming calls consisting of booking or pick-up calls, inquiry calls, tracing, courier calls, complaints and release of Quality Service Reports. Conducts first level tracing for confirmation of shipment delivery details. Ensures that standard relay responses and dispatch time are met to maintain company’s quality standard service.
Responsible for handling reports of vehicle breakdown, responsible person for the inventory of parts (daily, weekly and monthly) receives order slip form of mechanics, prepare PR for the requested parts (Branches and NCR). Respponsible person for the issuance of SRF and PR to requestor and responsible for issuance of parts with supported by MERIS form.
Responsible for processing and generating the required client and WWWExpress Logistics documents and reports on a timely and accurate manner as agreed with the client using Warehouse Management System. Coordinates with clients for any incoming and outgoing items handled by Warehouse Operations.
Responsible for the field activities required in generating cash collections, reduction and maintenance of an acceptable level of overdue balances based on accounts covered by respective area and objectives set by management. Ensures timely delivery of invoices, follows up collection and picks up cash/ checks collected to cover the payment of clients.
