  • How much is the shipping fee?
    • Shipping fee is Php180.00 only, this is exclusive for Metro Manila addresses.
  • How long is the transit time to deliver the PRC ID License?
    • Delivery of the PRC ID Licence will take up to seven (7) working days upon card turnover from PRC to W Express.
  • How do I pay for the shipping fee?
    • The PRC account dashboard will link you directly to this payment website,
  • How do we track the delivery of PRC ID License?
    • Once shipping payment is completed, we will provide a unique tracking number called housewaybill (or HWB). You can view this on your PRC account dashboard. For updates on your HWB please visit

  • What modes of payment are available?
    • W Express accepts debit cards, VISA and Mastercard credit cards only.
  • What information do I need, to make a payment?
    • Please have your PRC reference number and your credit card details ready when paying for the shipping fee.
      Note that we will only process valid and verified PRC reference number reflected on your PRC account dashboard.
  • How should I know if my payment was processed?
    • An acknowledgment page containing “Transaction Successful” will be shown for confirmed payments.If this page does not appear, kindly check on your bank transactions history for payment reference.
  • What if I encounter technical errors, such as bank communication issues, internet lagging, erroneous PRC reference number, unsuccessful payments or website downtimes?
    • Please check if your cards are properly working and have sufficient balance.
    • Kindly refresh your PRC account dashboard if a problem occurs. If delivery payment is tagged as “paid”, then the delivery payment was accepted.
    • Otherwise, you may send an email to to get an update for your payment and use this subject format – “PRC Reference Number and FULL NAME” – on of your email.
